Harlo Massage

Massage therapy is tailored to individual needs, with sessions available at an office and clothed table massage offered for workplace wellness events. Treatments include cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), along with massage for injury, muscle and nerve pain, headaches, and stress. Cupping uses plastic or silicone cups and negative vacuum pressure to address tight muscles and connective tissue; it can be included for 15 to 20 minutes within a massage session. Manual lymphatic drainage uses light pressure and pumping motions to move lymphatic fluid and reduce general swelling. Sessions are offered in Reno. The practitioner studied at The Nevada School of Massage Therapy and has also worked for a sports chiropractor.
