AFM Physical Therapy

Outpatient physical therapy helps people address orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and return to active movement. AFM Physical Therapy provides individualized treatment plans based on assessments of mobility, strength, coordination, posture, and movement patterns. Care includes hands-on manual treatment, prescribed exercises, and education, with one-to-one sessions led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
