Tri-Hospital EMS

Established in 1983 to provide ambulance service in parts of St. Clair and Sanilac Counties, Tri-Hospital EMS serves communities across St. Clair County. It provides emergency ambulance response and transports patients to a higher level of care when needed. Critical Care Paramedics handle transfers involving patients with conditions such as heart attacks, high-risk pregnancies, pediatric and neonatal needs, and trauma. The organization operates nine stations and works alongside local fire services, whose first responders may also be dispatched for emergency care. Tri-Hospital EMS also offers community education, event standby, and career fairs. Its education center provides training with high-fidelity mannequins that give students real-time feedback. The provider was established as a nonprofit.
