Open Hearts Family Wellness

In Phoenix, Open Hearts Family Wellness is a behavioral and mental health provider serving children, youth, adults, and families across Arizona. Outpatient care includes therapeutic interventions and support, while community-based mental health and wellness programming uses interactive positive psychology. The organization also offers individual, family, and group therapy through its corporate programs, along with transitional housing and wraparound services for families and youth ages 18 to 24. Its Neurosequential Model program uses an approach developed by Dr. Bruce Perry to understand and address individual needs.
