CSA produce shares
Members receive a weekly share of fresh produce.
A family-run urban farm in Phoenix. Maya's Farm grows specialty vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, and eggs for local markets, restaurants, and schools. Its community-supported agriculture program offers members a weekly share of fresh produce, harvested by hand. Produce is also available at local farmers' markets and regional restaurants, or directly through the CSA. The nearly seven-acre farm is near South Mountain Park and uses no pesticides, herbicides, or commercial fertilizers. Visitors can experience the farm through customized classes and tours arranged upon request. The operation began as a source of herbs for local chefs and expanded into a full-time urban farm in 2006. It also welcomes community participation through its CSA program and educational visits.
