About Philly Bluegrass
Philly Bluegrass promotes the creation and appreciation of bluegrass and acoustic roots music through online resources, in-person events, and community-building. It connects people with regional bluegrass shows and jams through a calendar, and publishes event features about performers and upcoming concerts. The organization also provides a way to submit events for inclusion in its regional listings. It began in 2015 and is a nonprofit, fiscally sponsored project of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia, supported by donations. Its work serves the bluegrass and roots music community in Philadelphia and the surrounding area.
