Philadelphia Tabernacle Of David

Weekly prayer watches are part of Philadelphia Tabernacle of David's work in the city and surrounding region. Established in 2009, the church community brings together people from diverse congregations around worship and prayer. It organizes regional gatherings and Vision & Equipping conferences, and its first major event was the ASCEND Worship Conference in 2011. That conference led to Ascend Community, a weekly meeting. The organization also connects singers, musicians, and prayer partners with its ministry. Its vision is to develop continuous worship and prayer in Philadelphia, building on gatherings that began in 1999 with 12- and 24-hour sessions. Representatives have ministered across the tri-state area, Pennsylvania, and other states.
