Based in Philadelphia, PEER Environmental is a stormwater infrastructure developer and consultancy for municipal and private-sector clients. It develops and implements stormwater projects for communities, property owners, and businesses. Services include reviewing stormwater flow patterns, assessing property feasibility, coordinating with owners and community groups, and developing project designs and construction. PEER also maintains stormwater infrastructure. Its approach can combine projects across a defined area to address localized flooding and support climate resilience and community benefits. Projects include underground slow-release basins that manage runoff from paved surfaces.
