Leadership training
Programs cover values, ethics, and leadership development.
Chi Omega is a women's fraternity. It supports collegiate members and alumnae through educational and leadership programs, scholarships, and member resources. The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute provides training on topics including values and ethics, helping members develop leadership skills for their communities, careers, and campuses. The Judith Babcock National and Chapter Scholarship Program supports continuing education for alumnae. Foundation contributions fund these programs, along with wellness and safety education addressing alcohol abuse on campus. Chi Omega also provides technological infrastructure and a password-protected Training and Resource Center with tools for members. Collegiate chapters welcome new members each year, while an alumnae network helps introduce Chi Omega and young women to one another.
