Highland Gourmet Scones

A family-owned bakery in Pelham, Alabama. Highland Gourmet Scones makes scones from an original recipe that has been baked for more than three decades. Each scone is individually weighed and shaped by hand before baking. The bakery offers 15 flavors throughout the year, including seasonal varieties such as apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice. Customers can buy bags of six or 12 scones at the store, order online, or find them occasionally at other local locations. Scones for special occasions and shipped orders are packaged in gold tins in two sizes. Orders have been sent throughout the United States and internationally. The store is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon, and calling ahead is encouraged to confirm flavor availability.
