American Barnwood

In Paso Robles, California, American Barnwood is a reclaimed lumberyard serving California's Central Coast. It supplies reclaimed wood and related materials to contractors, builders, designers, architects, homeowners, and woodworkers for commercial projects, residential builds, and hobby work. The yard carries hand-hewn and rough-sawn beams, structural planks, weathered barn siding, corrugated metal, and antique barn hardware. Materials can be used for projects such as fireplace mantels, shelving, accent walls, doors, furniture, and custom applications. The company works with Amish barn-salvage crews who dismantle historic barns by hand and preserve usable materials for reuse. Purchases include a printed history of the barn the wood came from, often with historic photographs, researched in collaboration with an academic historian.
