Take Flight Farms Inc

An equine-assisted therapy program in Omaha. Take Flight Farms provides ground-based services involving horses through Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine-Assisted Learning, and Equine-Assisted Development. A licensed mental health professional and certified equine specialist facilitate each program with specially tested horses. Psychotherapy may address anxiety, autism, depression, eating disorders, mood-related issues, trauma, and posttraumatic stress. Learning activities focus on decision-making, problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, self-awareness, empathy, communication, interpersonal skills, and coping with emotions and stress. Development programs provide hands-on experiences for business groups and teams, supporting leadership, emotional intelligence, accountability, and organizational success. The program operates under the direction of the Omaha Equestrian Foundation.
