Tool and die work includes building stamping and forming dies, injection molds, welding and machining jigs and fixtures, conveyor components, and piece parts to customer specifications. CNC lathes and machining centers produce parts in small or large quantities, with specialties including hard turning, boring, and contouring. The shop also coats wheels and drive rollers with urethane, makes compression pads in varying hardness, and uses urethane in production machining fixtures. Design support includes updating and adjusting customer drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. On-site consultations are available when needed.
