Community and property management is the core service, with management for condominium and homeowner associations, cooperatives, rental properties, mixed-use developments, and commercial condominiums. Services include daily property supervision and maintenance coordination, financial management and reporting, and longer-term renovation planning. For rental properties, the team screens applicants, collects rents, and addresses issues affecting tenants. Condo association management includes serving boards and owners as the association's agent, consultant, and administrator, with web-based features for community members. Consulting and developer services support planning through the transition meeting. Established in 1971, Comsource manages a portfolio of more than 20,000 units. Its Maryland-based operations include Olney and communities across the region.
