Prairie Gypsies Catering Co

Catering is available for business meetings and private functions, from family meals and boxed lunches to weddings, home parties, and company events. Customers can pick up orders or arrange delivery to a home or event; service can also include wait staff, bartending, serving, and cleanup. The company provides catering throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. Its food offerings include signature appetizers and pizzas, along with gourmet jams, jellies, mustards, and dressings. Apple Basil Jelly grew from the company's use of fresh basil in its cooking, and its products are also sold through local and out-of-state stores. The retail store is closing, while the company says its products will remain available at other brick-and-mortar retailers and at some local events.
