Oakley Planning Department

Oakley Civic Center is designated as an authorized passport acceptance office by the U.S. Department of State Office of Passport Services. It processes passport applications by appointment, with applications submitted on DS-11 forms executed before an acceptance agent. Passport renewals on DS-82 forms are not processed at the Civic Center; those forms are mailed, and eligible applicants can also renew online through the federal program. The office offers same-day passport photos for a $15 fee. Up to five applicants can be included in one appointment, and all applicants must be present. Passport processing is available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Civic Center is located at 3231 Main Street in Oakley.
