Translatinx Network HQ

Weekly peer support groups are one part of Translatina Network's work with transgender, non-binary, gender-nonconforming, and LGB communities. The New York City nonprofit serves all five boroughs and the metro area, with a local and national focus. Its services include case management, employment support, leadership training and coaching, and food and clothing supplies. Health services address HIV, STD, and Hep C prevention and treatment, transition services, hygiene kits, and PPE; legal services are also offered. The organization promotes community health and capacity through advocacy, education, outreach, and social support. Its work grew from collective efforts to advocate for Translatina rights in New York, and it has operated in the city for over a decade. Spanish is spoken.
