Scott Mahaffey Architect

Based in New York City, Scott Mahaffey Architect is a full-service architectural practice serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Vermont. It has worked with business owners, developers, builders, individuals and public institutions since 1993. The practice designs mixed-use and multifamily residential buildings, apartments, townhouses, offices, showrooms, bars, cafes, retail spaces and public projects. Services span the design process, from addressing a project's program, scope and budget to considering codes, materials, construction methods and details. Projects often relate to existing urban settings, with attention to both historic context and contemporary uses. The team works with clients, contractors and craftsmen to develop project designs, including interior design through its interior design manager.
