Physical therapy is the core offering, with individualized care focused on movement, pain, and whole-body function. Treatment combines orthopedic manual therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral and neural mobilization, lymphatic therapy, movement re-education, corrective exercise, and stress-reduction approaches. Manual sessions use hands-on joint and tissue mobilization to address pain and range of motion.
