True Health Primary Care provides direct primary care through individualized wellness plans that combine traditional and holistic approaches. Services include annual physicals, well-woman and well-child exams, sports physicals, newborn home visits, lifestyle and nutrition counseling, weight loss support, hormone replacement therapy, and IV vitamin therapy. Integrative testing includes nutrigenomic, hormone, pharmacogenetic, stool, micronutrient, and telomere testing. In-office care covers EKGs, injections, wound sutures, skin biopsies, lesion procedures, and laboratory testing for infections, pregnancy, glucose, tuberculosis, and other needs. Patients use a monthly direct care membership with no copays or deductibles, direct provider access, priority scheduling, and same or next day office visits.
