Davidson Academy

Davidson Academy is a private Christian school. It serves students from preschool through high school graduation in an interdenominational setting in Nashville. The school prepares students for college and life through a well-balanced education that includes intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. Christ is at the center of its teaching, and instruction is intended to support how each student learns. Davidson Academy's history began with Madison Christian School, which opened in 1980 for students in grades one through four. Its first senior class graduated in 1989. The school has earned Cognia accreditation and offers college preparation; its website also lists college acceptances at universities including Vanderbilt, Duke, and Baylor.
