Strive Staffing

Strive Staffing connects employers with workers and helps job seekers find employment through job matching and staffing services. The agency gathers union jobs, finds employees, supports applications, and places workers in available roles. Opportunities include seasonal overnight stadium cleaning and weekend or weekday banquet serving and dishwashing assignments. Stadium cleaning duties cover seating areas, trash and recycling removal, sweeping, locker rooms, ramps, drains, and exterior grounds. Strive also offers shift selection through an app for banquet workers. Its inclusive hiring focus includes opportunities for people who may face barriers to employment, including those with felony records. Strive Staffing serves employers and job seekers in Minneapolis, with work available at metro-area venues and other locations.
