Business development support is the core offering, with free technical assistance for low- to moderate-income entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis and surrounding communities. Services include feasibility assessments, business model reviews, growth plans, and trainings and workshops focused on business knowledge. An industry-specific business incubator offers full-service technical assistance. NEON also provides coworking space at its main offices, where entrepreneurs can work, network, and collaborate. Established businesses may be eligible for business loans, commercial real estate loans, and access to external grant programs. Food trucks, caterers, restaurants, and consumer packaged goods entrepreneurs can rent space in NEON Collective Kitchens, a 25,000-square-foot commercial kitchen facility. Founded in 2006, the organization works with entrepreneurs in Minneapolis, with an emphasis on North Minneapolis.
