The Art of Convening is a foundational practice for bringing people together with purpose, presence, and care. The Center for Purposeful Leadership is a community-powered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides leadership programs, consulting, and coaching. Its work supports organizational and community leaders in building trust, deepening dialogue, and creating conditions for collaboration. Training includes the Art of Convening, which has been offered for 21 years, and Whole Person Leadership for Women, a cohort program. Consulting draws on purposeful leadership to help organizations develop clarity and alignment for thriving cultures. Coaching is future-focused and action-based, helping people define a vision and explore approaches connected to their priorities and goals. The Center also hosts Essential Conversations, a monthly experience focused on thought leadership and purpose in action.
