Amorphic Beer

New beers are generally released every week on draft and in cans. Amorphic Beer is a Milwaukee brewery and taproom with a menu that commonly features Hazy IPAs, Czech lagers, and rice lagers inspired by Việt Nam. Other offerings include fruited sours, real-fruit gluten-free hard seltzers, West Coast IPAs, barrel-aged releases, and occasional wine-barrel-fermented saison. The brewery applies engineering methods to develop beer flavor profiles and brewing processes, and designs and builds much of its equipment. The taproom hosts weekly trivia and bingo, shows local sports games, and has a front patio and outdoor beer alley when weather and brewing operations permit. Outside food is encouraged, and food trucks appear at events. Leashed pets are welcome in the main taproom and on the front patio.
