Psychiatric care, therapy, and mental health case management are offered through in-person and telehealth appointments. Psychiatry includes evaluations and medication management provided by a board-certified psychiatric MD. Individual and group therapy sessions are delivered by master-level clinicians using evidence-based methods. Therapists also offer marriage, family, and teen therapy. An initial appointment includes an intake assessment, followed by a treatment plan developed with the client and healthcare team. For qualifying clients, case managers can help address mental health, medical care, housing, substance use, and legal challenges, as well as connect clients with community resources and discuss employment and financial resources.
