LaRosa Building Group LLC

Based in Meriden, LaRosa Building Group is a general contractor serving clients on building projects. It can take responsibility for construction after an architect or engineer has designed the project, including hiring and paying subcontractors, coordinating schedules and budgets, and ensuring plans and building codes are followed. Construction management begins alongside the design team, with support developing design documents to meet the client's budget. The company works with clients to select trade contractors, set budgets, maintain schedules, and carry out construction. Design-build services combine design and construction, using an in-house design team or outside design professionals as needed. Projects include academic, commercial, industrial, multifamily, government, healthcare, and historic rehabilitation work. Safety measures and hazard identification are part of its job-site approach.
