Seeding Success

Seeding Success advances social and economic mobility in Shelby County by improving how institutions, community organizations, policies, and resources support children from cradle to career. The organization convenes leaders and partners around shared goals, develops community capacity through training, and advocates for public policies that improve outcomes for students and families. Its work includes data use and literacy, project management, meeting facilitation, early childhood systems, nonprofit initiatives, educator effectiveness, and education investment. Seeding Success also supports data-sharing and continuous improvement efforts with partner organizations, helping them refine strategies based on student information. The organization works across sectors in Memphis to promote school readiness, graduation, reengagement in education or employment, and access to postsecondary or career opportunities.
