Dalhoff Thomas design studio

Parks and recreation planning is one focus of DT design studio, a Memphis collaborative working in urban planning and landscape architecture. The studio develops outdoor spaces intended to strengthen communities. Its process begins with understanding the site, project goals, and potential challenges, then bringing clients and other project partners together around a vision. Work considers social, economic, and physical forces, along with opportunities to support people and preserve or recreate natural systems. Clients include private developers, municipalities, nonprofit community development organizations, architects, engineers, and real estate professionals. The studio is a certified Minority Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise. Its team includes landscape architects, planners, designers, and office management.
