Its communities offer income-based apartments for families, seniors, and individuals. Services include day-to-day property operations, landscaping, repairs, cleaning, and unit turnovers. Teams also manage resident relations, lease signings and renewals, income verifications, and conflict resolution. Regulatory compliance and inspection preparation are part of its work with assisted properties. Premier Management also handles rent collection, accounting, and reporting. Regional teams support communities across the state, with six offices serving the properties.
