About New England Comics
A comic shop that began with a 500-square-foot store in Quincy Center in 1983, New England Comics sells comics and graphic novels. The company also buys old comics. Short on space? Customers can have comics pulled for them on New Arrival Wednesday, with no charge for the service. Graphic novels, including new arrivals and special orders, are part of its everyday discount program. Its Comic-Ca$h program offers store credit for purchases, and the credit can be used on new arrivals. New England Comics is now owned by long-time managers Tom Yee and Ralph Blaser, who took over the business in October 2025. The company has operated comic shops across New England, with Malden among its listed business locations.
