Aspen Ridge Counseling Center

This is an outpatient mental health counseling center. It serves children, teenagers, couples, families, and adults through individual and group counseling, as well as family and couples therapy. Sessions address concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, academic difficulties, interpersonal conflicts, and substance misuse. Couples therapy focuses on communication, conflict resolution, and relationship concerns; therapists include practitioners certified with Prepare Enrich and The Gottman Method. Group therapy offers participants a space to share experiences and learn coping strategies. Appointments are available by telehealth and in office across five locations.
