Teen mentorship
12-week program for high school girls, led by an educator.
Step Up offers a 12-week on-campus mentorship program for high school girls ages 14 to 18, led by an educator at their school. The nonprofit supports girls and people who identify with girlhood as they explore their goals and career interests. Young adults ages 18 to 29 can use the Step Up app to connect with mentors and access career coaching, skill-building sessions, and community circles. Programs cover topics such as public speaking, interviewing, and workplace readiness. Adults ages 30 and older can receive training and mentor participants one-on-one, in groups, through the app, or in person on campus. Step Up also holds community conversations, career talks, workshops, and virtual mentor training.
