Ocean View Farms

Ocean View Farms is a Los Angeles community garden serving members through shared growing spaces and garden programs. Membership applications are submitted by mail, with plots offered as they become available and access provided to members. The garden also organizes volunteer opportunities and open house activities for nonmembers. Gardening resources cover topics such as compost, companion planting, seed saving, roses, tomatoes, pest control, and water use. Members can participate in workgroups, independent projects, beautification activities, and greenhouse programs. Ocean View Farms also provides a compost program, community outreach, gardening tips, recipes, and an online calendar for garden activities and meetings.
