Grace Iino Children's Center

Child care and early childhood education are provided for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Grace Iino Children's Center is part of the Child Development Consortium of Los Angeles, a not-for-profit corporation operating Early Education Centers and Family Child Care Homes throughout greater Los Angeles County. Infant care serves children from 6 weeks to 1.5 years, with availability varying by program. Toddler care is offered from 1.5 to 2.5 years, while preschool serves children from 2.5 to 5 years. Programs use the research-based HighScope Curriculum, with play-based learning, indoor and outdoor activities, child choices, and developmental assessments. Services support low-income working families through funding from the California Department of Education and California Department of Social Services. The center is in Los Angeles.
