The Mural Workforce Academy connects emerging muralists with experienced mentors for job training and real-world public art experience. Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory prepares young people and emerging creatives for careers across arts, media, and creative technology through hands-on training, mentorship, and paid work opportunities. Its programs include video production and digital media instruction through Por Vida Media Youth Collective, along with arts and media programming for youth in LA County juvenile justice facilities. Bridge Academy Movement offers creative skill-building, internships, and earn-and-learn opportunities. The conservatory also provides restorative, healing-centered training and consulting for educators, organizations, and agencies serving youth. Community radio is part of its work through KQBH 101.5FM. Free creative programming and paid pathways are available to young people and emerging creatives across Los Angeles County.
