Wok-fired cooking
Wok cooking is central to the dining experience.
Wok-fired lunch bowls bring the cooking style at the center of P.F. Chang's dining experience. The restaurant's menu has roots in Chinese cuisine and draws on recipes and flavors from Japan, Korea, Thailand, and other parts of Asia. Guests can choose from individual dishes such as duck fried rice and Wagyu eggrolls, handcrafted cocktails, or multi-course dinners for celebrations. The first P.F. Chang's opened in 1993, building on co-founder Philip Chiang's experience adapting traditional Chinese dishes at his family restaurant and later at Mandarette. The Long Beach location is part of an international restaurant brand with more than 300 locations worldwide. It offers dine-in meals and reservations, with seasonal menu offerings also featured.
