The Lexington Assisted Living Center

The Lexington is an assisted living community. It has 98 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Lincoln's College View neighborhood, with services for residents who want support while maintaining independence. Assistance is available 24 hours a day. Residents can choose from menu items for three daily meals and receive two snacks each day. Certified medication aides provide medication reminders, check blood sugars, and administer insulin as directed by a physician. Staff can help residents with limited mobility get to meals and activities, and transportation is available for medical appointments. The community has offered assisted living since 2001 and is licensed by Nebraska's Department of Health and Human Services. Medicaid Waiver is accepted, and the community is Medicaid Waiver certified.
