The Kidz Club

Located in Lexington, The Kidz Club is a pediatric extended care center for children with medical complexities. It provides skilled nursing care and therapeutic services for children from birth to under 21 years old in a supportive center setting. An individualized plan of care guides each child's services, with physical, speech, and occupational therapists on-site daily. Care coordination and case management help families navigate the healthcare system. Nurse-supervised wheelchair-accessible transportation to and from the centers is available. Children also receive meals tailored to dietary needs and take part in a child-centered curriculum with social and emotional support. The centers include therapy and treatment rooms, classrooms, and indoor and outdoor play areas. Eligibility is for children with ongoing medical conditions requiring daily skilled nursing or monitoring.
