Spires Strategies

A professional services firm focused on supporting families, schools, and organizations that serve children. Spires Strategies offers coaching, training courses, and professional development, along with strategic and program planning. Founder Stephanie Spires is a family life coach and child advocate with experience in public education and youth services. She served on the Fayette County Public Schools Board of Education from 2017 to 2022, including as board chair, and previously led Arbor Youth Services. Her work also includes monthly training and support groups for foster and adoptive parents through the University of Kentucky's Adoption Support Kentucky program. Spires developed training for school board members on supporting students experiencing homelessness or living in foster care, and has testified before the Kentucky General Assembly on issues affecting children.
