Integrative Counseling Center

A counseling and mental health center. It serves children, adolescents, and adults in the Lexington and central Kentucky region. Services include individual and couples counseling, child and adolescent counseling, and marriage and family counseling. The center also provides immigration evaluations and financial coaching. Counseling approaches mentioned include play therapy, sand tray, and cognitive behavioral therapy, with examples of concerns addressed including anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. Immigration evaluations take place over two to three sessions, followed by time for the evaluator to complete a written report. The center accepts most insurance plans and self-pay for counseling; financial coaching and immigration evaluations are self-pay services. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
