Hope Springs Counseling Center

Hope Springs Counseling Center provides clinical counseling from a Christian perspective to adults, children, couples, and families in Lexington-Fayette. Services address trauma, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders, career concerns, parenting, family transitions, and relationship issues. Counselors work with couples facing infidelity, loss, communication challenges, or other crises, while family services include parent coaching, single-parenting support, and guidance for blended families. The center also supports people affected by childhood trauma and survivors of sexual abuse. Counseling is available regardless of religious affiliation, and treatment considers emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
