About Gadsden Church of Christ
Every Lord's day, the congregation partakes of the Lord's Supper with unleavened bread and fruit of the vine. Worship also includes congregational singing with voices, prayers, and sermons based on scripture. The church is in a country location in Boone County and gathers members from several surrounding communities. Studies are available for different age groups and interests in scripture. Sermons are delivered by different members of the congregation, which does not have a full-time preacher. Visitors are welcome to attend worship; the weekly collection is the responsibility of members. The church describes its lessons as both edifying and admonishing, applying biblical teaching to life today.
