Dirt Dog

Bacon-wrapped hot dogs are the central offering at this restaurant. The dogs are served with grilled onions, bell peppers, red peppers, and jalapenos, with mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup available as toppings. The concept grew from a hot dog sold from a flat grill on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles, where the founder first tried the bacon-wrapped style as a child. The name Dirt Dog came from a family joke about eating those street-corner hot dogs despite dust kicked up by passing cars. This restaurant brings that signature hot dog tradition to Las Vegas.
