Indian Creek LINC Caring Communities

In Kansas City, Indian Creek LINC Caring Communities is a community and social services organization that supports families, schools, and neighborhoods. Its work includes services for students, teens and young adults, workforce success, seniors, and neighborhood communities. Through the Caring Communities model, LINC connects students with support and offers before- and after-school programming. The Early Childhood team works with licensed and church-based childcare centers serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in several Missouri counties. Support for providers includes state-approved professional development, technical assistance for childcare providers and center directors, and help with subsidy enrollment. LINC also provides DESE quality initiative supports.
