Lucio Santos Architects

An architecture practice. It designs homes and renovations. The portfolio includes a new single-story family home in Beauvoisin, France, planned for a narrow site with southern exposure, a swimming pool, and separate public and private areas. The project includes a home office, family bedrooms, and living spaces opening onto a terrace. A Princeton, New Jersey, ranch house was completely renovated, with its interior reconfigured around an open kitchen and living area. The work also included new bathrooms, a deck, updated plumbing and utility systems, and electrical upgrades. These projects show residential design work involving site planning, interior layouts, and changes to existing homes.
