HiReformance Institute

Pilates classes are the core offering at this locally owned, community-driven studio. Class formats include Reformer, Cadillac, Xformer and Hot Mat Pilates Sculpt, giving members several ways to practice movement. Classes can be shared across the studio's locations. Instructors guide participants at every level in a supportive setting. The studio has three locations in Jacksonville, Florida, including sites on Atlantic Boulevard, Gate Parkway and North Laura Street. Its lineup spans equipment-based Pilates and hot mat classes, with an all-access approach to movement.
