Since 1975, the company has manufactured custom fiberglass products and provided composite repair services. Jacksonville-based AA Fiberglass serves customers across the United States and internationally, with a focus on small to medium quantity fabricated parts for industrial, automotive, and marine applications. Its work includes custom design, production mold manufacturing, fiberglass storage tanks, and repair or restoration of existing structures. Production methods include hand lay-up, chopper or spray-up, vacuum molding, and resin transfer molding. The company works with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, as well as glass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar composites. Its capabilities also include electrical, mechanical, and electronic assembly. Past projects range from boat repairs and Corvette body panels to fiberglass piping for chemical plants.
