Wellspring Center

Play therapy helps children express feelings without words. Wellspring Center provides therapeutic, psycho-educational, and consultation services for individuals, families, and children in the Central Indiana area. The practice offers individual counseling, pre-marital counseling, couples therapy, family and group therapy, and play therapy for children ages 4 and up. Services address depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, divorce and blended family issues, childhood behavioral and emotional concerns, stress, life transitions, trauma, grief, abuse recovery, and sexual or gender identity. Therapists use approaches that may include psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies, guided by a client-centered family systems perspective. Additional services include parental coaching, hypnosis, meditation and relaxation, and supervision of play therapists.
