Walnut Bend Recreation Center

In west Houston, Walnut Bend Recreation Center serves residents of the Walnut Bend neighborhood. It offers a gymnasium with a basketball court, a family pool with a slide and diving board, and a gated baby pool, along with a playground and splash pad. Residents can use three tennis courts and pickleball court lines on one court. A soccer field and covered pavilion with tables are also available, as is an indoor kitchen. The gymnasium, courts, pavilion, field, and kitchen can be reserved online. The neighborhood association also organizes seasonal events, including Easter egg hunts, a Fourth of July celebration, and Holiday in the Park.
